For the first 4 hours:

  • Keep your head upright
  • Avoid touching, rubbing, or pressing the treated areas
  • Do not lie down or bend forward

For the first 24 hours:

  • No makeup over the treated areas
  • Avoid exercise, sweating, saunas, and hot showers
  • Avoid alcohol

For the first 48 hours:

  • Avoid massaging the area
  • Avoid facial treatments or strong skincare acids

What to expect:

  • Mild redness or small bumps that fade within minutes–hours
