Expect temporary swelling, tenderness or bruising. Avoid pressure, heat and strenuous exercise for the period advised. Contact the clinic urgently for severe pain, colour change, unusual skin changes or visual symptoms.

Avoid rubbing the area and follow activity guidance provided at the appointment. Results develop gradually and follow-up timing will be explained.
Skin treatments
Use gentle skincare, sun protection and avoid active products for the recommended period. Do not pick or exfoliate healing skin.
